History of the Owatonna Soccer Association


The Owatonna Soccer Association was founded in 1998 with the goal of creating an organization based in the city of Owatonna to help develop youth soccer in the area.


As of 2023, we now service more than 300 families in Owatonna and the surrounding area.


We currently primarily utilize both the Owatonna Soccer Complex at Lincoln Elementary School as well as the Daikin Soccer Complex. Both are located in Owatonna, MN.

Our mission is to provide an environment for our players that fosters growth, success, and happiness both on and off the field.

Vision Statement


The Owatonna Soccer Association is a non-profit organization, designed to serve Owatonna and the surrounding communities by providing development opportunities for youth soccer players of all ages and skills.


It is the goal of the Owatonna Soccer Association to create an environment that provides players, parents, coaches, and everyone else involved with our organization a safe, positive, fulfilling experience.

Grow the Game of Soccer in the Community

  • We will continue to grow along with the popularity of soccer to meet the continued needs of each new generation of soccer players and their families.
  • We will provide for and respond to the changing needs of our audience. 
  • We will engage with our community through the sport of soccer.
  • We will be honest, transparent, and open in all our communications and dealings with the public.
  • We will endeavor to be as fair and inclusive as possible to all.
